Current state on reform proposals to Dir. 2004/18/EC, Dir.. 2004/17/EC

Die Anfrage war erfolgreich.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

As the reform proposals regarding Directives 2004/17,18/EC and the Directive on Concessions, issued by the Commission in the field of Public Procurement, are -according to my understanding of the situation- not concluded upon yet, I am asking for up to date information on
(1) when the parliament is scheduled to vote upon them,
(2) whether the dates stated in the original proposals as for the implementation deadline to the Member States can be met,
and, if public, for (2) the current files of the proposals containing all changes and amendments as proposed or adopted so far.

Yours faithfully,

Pierre Linke
