Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'CV member state expert group on sustainable finance'.

The answer I got is not satisfactory. I am asked to prove that data will be used for the public interest. I do scholary work, paid for by the public which leads my research to take an active part in the public interest. Furthermore, I have the feeling that it is part of the public interest that science-based expertise is as much transparent as possible. Finally, those data will not harm individuals since they will be processed statistically and anonymized.
