Dear Mr Rosiñol Martínez,

Thank you for your ID. Before we are able to register your application,
please be informed that it pertains to a very large amount of documents
and needs to be specified. We are only able to process applications that
are sufficiently precise.

Furthermore, due to the amount of data, we would suggest to consider your
application as 3 individual applications regarding the years 2016, 2017,
and for the period 1 January 2018 to 26 March 2019 each to be considered
back to back, i.e. once the preceding application is concluded, the next
application would be registered. The provisions of Regulation (EC)
1049/2001 would be applicable for all applications.

We thus invite you to consider our suggestion and recall that your
application can only be registered once the scope of your application has
been established.

Yours sincerely,

Transparency Office
