declarations of interests of judges from Court (and General Court) about pre-1989 or extra-EU roles
Dear Court of Justice of the European Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Given that the public declarations of interests for judges (in French: "Déclaration d’intérêts des Membres de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne") only contain fields related to financial interests or real estate or external activities during the time interval of being in office as judge at CJUE,
please distribute any other template according to "code de conduite" or any other internal rules where judges (and their cabinet members) are required to stipulate any past activities as members or collaborators of non-democratic state bodies,
such as for instance for all member states having joined the EU after 2004 or 2007 or 2013: any formal or informal cooperation or membership with pre-1989 political police (BG: Комитет за държавна сигурност, HU: Államvédelmi Hatóság, PL: Służba Bezpieczeństwa, etc.)
or any prior juridical activity in or with organizations of regimes not withholding human rights principles (China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.)
