Dear Mr Tamás Verdes,

Thank you for  your information request as of 11 December 2012 (Ref no
Ares(2012)1504891 - 17/12/2012) concerning the official correspondence
since 2009 between the Hungarian government and DG Regional and Urban
Policy about using Structural Funds for de-institutionalisation. In the
attachment you will find letters and e-mails which were exchanged between
the above mentioned parties in the specified period. I hope that you will
find them useful. In addition, we have other official letters for which we
need the Member StateÂ’s agreement before we disclose them according to
Article 4(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. As soon as we have this
agreement, we will send you those letters as well.

Concerning the second part of your request concerning the official
correspondence since 2009 between a Member of the European Parliament and
our Directorate-General we would need more details about what you are
referring to. Please send us the name and date of such an enquiry and we
will gladly provide you with the necessary information.

If you need further details, please do not hesitate to contact me.
