Delegation of the EU to the US and third parties

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following:

- a list of all meetings held by the delegation of the EU to the United States with third parties (such as companies, trade associations, NGOs, law firms, think-tanks) to discuss EU's digital policy since 01 August 2020 until today.

- all documents (including but not limited to meeting notes, email exchanges, position papers) related to interactions (i.e. meetings, phone calls, video-calls) between the delegation of the EU to the US and third parties (such as companies, trade associations, NGOs, law firms, think-tanks) on the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act (including previous iterations of the proposals such as New Competition Tool and Markets Investigation Tool) since 01 August 2020 until today;
