Dear Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All documents concerning the demolition and confiscation by the Israel of Palestinian structures funded by international donors, including the EU, in the West Bank, as well as any document discussing EU demands for restitution for such demolitions. This request is meant to cover a time frame since 1 January 2021 and is meant to cover any internal briefing notes, consultations, legal analysis or any other document concerning the demolition of donor-funded structures in the West Bank.
