Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All details, correspondence and minutes relating to meetings involving the Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs and the Euro or DG for Economic and Financial Affairs in which plain packaging of tobacco products was discussed since 1 May 2013
