DG COMP on EU Vaccine contracts
Dear Competition,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Any documentation from DG COMP regarding the EU's acquisition of COVID-19 vaccines. This documentation should include but not be limited to: general communications of any nature, written material of any kind, consultation notes, email correspondences, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, briefing papers, transcriptions of meetings, readouts of meetings, summaries of meetings, briefings for meetings, etc.

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 8 May 2023 under case number 2023/2728 - STOLTON, Samuel.
We are currently working on your request. However, the Commission needs
more time to go through the files and we will not be able to send you the
reply within the prescribed time limit expiring on 1 June 2023.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
