DG HOME meetings and correspondence internally and with the EEAS and EP on the UAE visa waiver agreement
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- A list of all meetings between DG HOME officials related to the visa waiver agreement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE);
- A list of all meetings between DG HOME officials and the Offices of Members of the European Parliament related to the visa waiver agreement with the UAE;
- A list of all meetings between DG HOME officials and EEAS officials related to the visa waiver agreement with the UAE;
- Agendas, minutes, reports and other documentation of these meetings;
- All correspondence between DG HOME officials on related to the visa waiver agreement with the UAE. This could include but is not limited to, e-mails, text messages, basis documents, memos or drafts;
- All correspondence between DG HOME officials and Offices of Members of the European Parliament related to the visa waiver agreement with the UAE. This could include but is not limited to, e-mails, text messages, basis documents, memos or drafts;
- All correspondence between DG HOME officials related to the visa waiver agreement with the UAE. This could include but is not limited to, e-mails, text messages, basis documents, memos or drafts.
I would be grateful to you to consider my request for the period between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2015.
This request extends to any information that the Commission holds in relation any of the above points, including information that may have been deemed short-lived or unimportant.
