Dear Ms Carver,

Thank you for your request for access to documents, which the EEAS has
examined in the framework of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

The  topics you refer to – “European digital sovereignty”, “common
European cyberspace”, “cyber conditionality” and “Cyber East Partnerships”
are too broad and therefore do not allow us to make a meaningful search
for documents which then could be analysed according to the Regulation
1049/2001 on public access to documents. We  would therefore like to
invite you to make your request more concrete and to provide us with the
information to identify concrete documents which you are looking for. It
will help us meet your search needs and help you in your valuable research
project. In order to facilitate your search, we encourage you to have a
look at the following websites:

offer you to have a phone call to discuss the  details of the request.
Should you agree, please send us your telephone number to this email
