Directive on SLAPPs
Dear Council of the European Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All working papers and other documents containing positions, comments and text proposals of member states on the proposal for a Directive on SLAPPs between April 2022 and today. This shall include, but is not limited to, tables with comments and drafting suggestions by member states.
