Document Request for 'Private issue re .. child - Brussels II - Please forward to Ms Reding and Ms Malmström' from 13th March 2010 19:17

Dear Justice and Consumers,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(1) An email document that was sent from Zinser to Newman and Cercone on 13th March 2010 19:17.

In this email, there was the request to forward the email to the EU Commissioners
- Viviane Reding (Commissioner for Justice, Fundamental rights and Citizenship) and
- Cecilia Malmström (Commissioner responsible for Home Affairs).

Through this email both EU Commissioners (Viviane Reding now MEP, Cecilia Malmström now EU Commissioner dealing with TTIP) were informed about a violation of EU-law (Brussels IIa, (EC2201/2003).

Also there was information to both commissioners about an unfair trial because of the horrible expenses for UK lawyers which had already lead to limited legal attempts in enforcing a child contact order as UK authorities had told the father that he has to go to court for enforcing the contact order.

Also there was information in this email that the
- Child Abduction Unit in Germany XXXX (Bundesjustizamt Bonn) of Ministry of Justice
- Child Abduction Unit in London XXXXXXX
- Child Abduction Unit in Malta Ministry of Social Services XXXX were dealing with the case.

(2) Kindly let me know who was dealing with this case at this time and

(3) let me know the dossier number that was opened.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser
