Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- the final version of the agenda of the Programme of the PEGA mission to Greece and Cyprus, draft versions of which had been leaked on October 3rd 2022 by Vice President of the European Parliament Mr. Papadimoulis
- correspondence between members of the PEGA committee, and representatives of Intellexa, including its owner, Mr. Tal Dilian
- meeting notes collected during the meeting with Mr. Tal Dilian, originally scheduled on November 2nd 2022
- copies of documents shared by Intellexa with the PEGA mission
- correspondence between members of the PEGA committee, and representatives of the Cypriot Parliament, regarding the PEGA mission
- meeting notes collected during the meeting with members of the Cypriot Parliament, originally scheduled on November 1st 2022
- copies of documents shared by members of the Cypriot Parliament with the PEGA mission

By correspondence, I mean any emails (including attachment), correspondence or telephone call notes between members of the PEGA committee and the aforementioned individuals or bodies, including intermediaries representing their interests. This also includes documents prepared for the meetings and exchanged in the course of the meetings between the aforementioned parties.

Dear Mr Ambri, 

Further to your application submitted under [1]Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 requesting public access to documents from PEGA Committee's
visit to Cyprus and Greece, Parliament has identified four documents and
replies to you as follows:

Concerning your request for the final version of the agenda of the
Programme of the PEGA mission to Greece and Cyprus, enclosed please find
such programme.

As regards the correspondence between members of the PEGA committee and
representatives of Intellexa, including its owner, Mr. Tal Dilian, no
documents have been identified since no direct contacts were made.

As per your request of the meeting notes collected during the meeting with
Mr. Tal Dilian, originally scheduled on November 2nd 2022, please note
that Mr Dilian did not accept to meet with the Committee.

Concerning your request for the copies of documents shared by Intellexa
with the PEGA mission, please note that no documents have been shared by
Intellexa.

As far as your request for the correspondence between members of the PEGA
committee and representatives of the Cypriot Parliament is concerned, two
letters have been identified. They are attached herewith.

Regarding your request for the meeting notes collected during the meeting
with members of the Cypriot Parliament, originally scheduled on November
1st 2022, please note that no document is available yet since the mission
report is not finalised.

Finally, you request copies of documents shared by members of the Cypriot
Parliament with the PEGA mission. After consultation with the Cypriot
Parliament, they replied that no documents were shared.

On the other hand, Parliament would like to draw your attention to the
briefing for the PEGA mission to Cyprus and Greece that is publicly
