Dear Madams and Sirs,

thank you very much for your letter and for your proposal for handling my two latest requests.

I agree with your proposal to:
* first deal with request 2133 and only then with request 2134;
* (regarding request 2133) share a standard letter of invitation or thank you letter per category of stakeholder for the 2018 and 2019 workshops.

I hope that this makes the requests more manageable.

Yours faithfully,

Pia Eberhardt

Dear Ms Eberhardt,

Please find attached a reply to your request for access to documents,
registered under the reference GestDem 2021/2134, along with attachments.

According to the standard procedure, a reply is usually also sent to you
by registered post. Please note, however, that due to the extraordinary
health and security measures currently in force during the COVID-19
pandemics, which include the requirement for all Commission non-critical
staff to telework, we are unfortunately not in a position to follow this
procedure until further notice.

We would therefore appreciate if you could confirm receipt of the present
e-mail by replying to [1][email address].

Yours sincerely,
