Documents pertaining to the opening of an EU Delegation in Iran
Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Correspondence between the EU and Iran regarding the opening of an EU Delegation in Iran, including related to exploratory missions in Iran and/or the EU liaison office in Tehran and/or an establishment agreement for opening an EU Delegation in Iran.
- EEAS and/or Commission notes/documents regarding the opening of an EU Delegation in Iran, including related to exploratory missions in Iran and/or the EU liaison office in Tehran and/or an establishment agreement for opening an EU Delegation in Iran.
- Minutes/outcome of MOG Council working group meetings related to the opening of an EU Delegation in Iran, including related to exploratory missions in Iran and/or the EU liaison office in Tehran and/or an establishment agreement for opening an EU Delegation in Iran.
