To DG Trade, concerning Ref GestDem No 2016/0722
Dear sir or madam.
This is to inform you that the deadline for responding to my request, filed as Ref GestDem No 2016/0722, is long overdue - it expired on the 31st of March, according to the latest email received from you.
Can you give me an update as soon as possible?
Dear Mr Haar,
The six meeting reports have been identified and assessed. We are currently drafting the reply letter to you and aim at finalizing next week.
We apologise for the long delay due to large number of requests for the same team in DG TRADE.
To DG Trade.
I urgently need to know if you will do good on your letter dated 28. April, in which you stated you would soon send me the response to request Ref GestDem 2016/0722. As you can see, the request was simple and limited, and a delay of so many months cannot be justified.
Dear Mr Haar,
Our reply to you is now circulating for signature and we will hopefully be able to send it to you this week.
We are very sorry for the delay.
