Dear Legal Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- all documents relating to the European Commission's intention to develop a specific set of Standard Contractual Clauses regarding transfers to importers subject to Article 3(2) GDPR, including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, legal opinions and advice, audio recordings, verbatim reports, all correspondence (including e-mails), and presentations.

My preference is to receive electronic copies by e-mail.

Many thanks for your help with this.

Kind regards,

Bethan John

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
