Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- I am professor in European economic policy at UcLouvain and I am conducting a FNRS financed project on the governance of the EU taxonomy. I am particullary interested in the exchanges related to drafting Taxonomy's delegated act between, on the one hand, the Technical Expert Group, the Member States Expert Group, the platform for sustanaible finance and, on the other hand, the European Commision.

- I would like to receive the drafts delegated acts sent by the Commission to these three groups, ie the Draft of the environmental delegated regulation - Ares(2023)2481554, the draft of the Complementary Climate Delegated Act sent to the Platform on December 31st 2021, the draft of the disclosure delegated act and the draft of the Climate DElegated act.

- I would also like to receive the answers and feedback provided by the TEG, the
platform and the MSEG to these draft delegated act.

- Any further correspondance (email, letters) between members of the TEG, Platform and MSEG and the Commission about the drafts of these four delegated acts.

-I have a strong prefernce for receiving these documents in electronic format. However, if you want to send them by mail, here is my professional adress: Clement Fontan, Université UcLouvain Saint Louis Bruxelles, Bd du Jardin Botanique 43, 1000 Bruxelles

Yours faithfully,
Clément Fontan

Dear [email address],

Many thanks for your reply and your efforts for outlining a fair solution. I would like to receive the documents you mention ( with documents published for feedback/public consultation, as well as the replies to these consultations and the final texts,).
I would also like to receive the lists of experts who were external to the Platform for Sustanaible finance and who were invited during groups and subgroup meetings during the first mandate of the Platform. For example, I am aware that external experts intervened during the meetings of the subgroup "Agriculture, Forestry and fisheries" attached to the TGW on screening criteria but I could not retrieve this information online (ie in PSF minutes)
Many thanks in advance for your reactivity,
Best,

Yours sincerely,

Clément Fontan
