Dear Madam, Sir,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All four-column documents related to the trilogue talks on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 851/2004 establishing a European Centre for disease prevention and control 2020/0320(COD)

- All (draft) agendas for trilogue talks on the above-mentioned proposal

- Other relevant documents related to this proposal produced since its publication

When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the recent 'De Capitani v European Parliament' ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU. Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail.
