Dear Sir,

We refer to your e-mail of 3 June 2022 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered the same day under the above mentioned
reference number.

On 9 June we have sent you a request to specify your postal address. This
is necessary for registering and handling your request in line with the
procedural requirements. Pending your reply, we reserved the right to
refuse the registration or handling of your request.

The European Ombudsman considers that the demand for the postal address of
the individual lodging the request for access to documents pursuant to
Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 and Article 15(3) of the Treaty on the
Functioning of the European Union is not in breach of the Regulation.

We have not received any reply from you since then. We remind you to send
us your full postal address within the next five working days following
receipt of this message. If we do not receive any reply from you by then,
we will close the file in the Gestdem-database.

You have sent your request via the “Ask-the-EU”-platform. Please be
reminded that this is a private It-platform, which is not provided by the
EU-Institutions.

Alternatively, you may use directly the electronic form available on the
Europa website:

We will register your request again upon receipt of this request, with a
new deadline of 15 working days for the handling of the request.

Best regards
