EFILA and TTIP lobbying
Dear Trade (TRADE),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents (meeting agendas and minutes; emails and correspondence; consultation responses; and any others) which involve the European federation for investment law and arbitration (EFILA) and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership – TTIP. I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
