- "Added Value Services Agreement", between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Savannah Resources Plc (AIM: SAV), as per press release 27-05-2020 [Ref4], including any existing addenda, annexes , amendments, or subcontracts

We refer to your message of 15 June 2021 addressed to the European
Investment Bank (EIB) via the AsktheEU.org website, requesting access to
documents and information related to EIB loan agreements and EIT
InnoEnergy agreements for raw materials. We also refer to our
acknowledgement of receipt of the same day. Your request has been handled
in accordance with the provisions of the EIB Group Transparency Policy
(1), which applies to such requests addressed to the EIB.
We would like to inform you that the EIB is not involved in the operations
between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Infinity Lithium Corp (ASX:INF) or between
EIT InnoEnergy SE and Savannah Ressources Plc (AIM:SAV), mentioned in your
request. The EIB does not hold the requested documents falling within the
scope of the two last points of your request and cannot therefore disclose
them (2).
In line of Articles 5.23 and 5.24 of the EIB-TP, we are extending the
time-limit to respond to the first two points of your request given the
complexity, notably illustrated by the fact that the information requested
relates to third parties.
The Bank will endeavour to provide a reply to such complex requests no
later than 30 working days following receipt.

Dear Mr. Völker,
We refer to your message of 15 June 2021 addressed to the European
Investment Bank (EIB) via the AsktheEU.org website, requesting access to
documents and information related to EIB loan agreements and EIT
InnoEnergy agreements for raw materials. We also refer to our
acknowledgement of receipt of the same day, and to our partial response of
14 July 2021. Your request has been handled in accordance with the
provisions of the EIB Group Transparency Policy (EIB-TP) (1), which
applies to such requests addressed to the EIB.
Following consultation with the third parties concerned (2), please find
attached a copy of the Finance Contracts signed between the EIB and
Umicore and between the EIB and Northvolt regarding the Umicore European
Large-Scale Battery Materials (3) and Northvolt ETT-Large Scale Battery
Plant (4) projects respectively.
Information contained in these documents covered by the exceptions for
disclosure of the EIB-TP, has been replaced by the symbol “[…]”. This
mainly concerns names of individuals, to protect their privacy and
integrity (5), as well as financial information regarding the operations,
to protect the commercial interests of parties involved in the operations
(6). No overriding public interest has been found in the redacted
information that would prevail over the relevant exceptions. In
particular, the information omitted does not relate to emissions into the
environment (7).
