Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following information:

What proportion of the costs for elderly care in Finland (both in an individual's home and in nursing homes) is borne by the Finnish government and what proportion is funded by the individual needing care.
