Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All emails and letters that the PETI Committee Secretariat and the ENVI Committee Secretariat exchanged with potential speakers of a joint ENVI and PETI hearing concerning climate change denial, taking place on 21 March - including answers.

I kindly request all emails and letters, including name and surname as well as names of organisations of potential speakers, from 1 December 2018 until today, 1 March 2019.

Dear Mrs Kieninger,

 

The deadline for replying to your application concerning public access to
documents registered on 02.03.2019 expires today on 25.03.2019.

 

However, the internal consultation process for the relevant documents is
still ongoing. Therefore, Parliament exceptionally needs to extend the
time-limit provided for in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by
a further 15 working days, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the same
regulation.  All effort will be made to provide the requested documents
before the expiry of the deadline (15.04.2019).

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
