Dear Mr Stack,

Further to your request of 27 of August, Parliament informs you that it
cannot be considered as a confirmatory application since you received all
the documents available in our reply of 3 of June to your application with
reference number A(2019)5790. In addition, Parliament would like to inform
you that even if it were to be considered a confirmatory application, it
would be inadmissible since it was submitted outside the time-limit of 15
working days provided for in Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

Therefore, your request of 27 of August with reference number A(2019)10390

application requests the same documents than the ones requested in the
first application, and since the documents available falling within the
scope of both your applications were already provided to you in our reply
of 3 June, Parliament regrets to inform you that, not having been able to
identify other documents than the ones already provided to you, Parliament
has to refer you back to its reply of 3 of June.

On this basis, Parliament considers your application as handled and the
file closed. Please do not hesitate to come back to us, should you have
any new request for specific Parliament documents.
