Environmental Impact Assessment

Europäische Umweltagentur hat geantwortet, dass Sie eine andere öffentliche Körperschaft kontaktieren müssen.

Dear European Environment Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I am in need of documents in which I can find firm information about what kind of local projects require Environmental impact assessment, and how come some don't require it?
I am also wondering how can a project be called ''green'' if, for example, in 7 years of planning a road reconstruction, not one adult tree (including 100 year old trees) existing in the space has been taken into consideration? How can an EU project like this be called green?

The project itself: https://www.grad-zadar.hr/eu-projekt/its...

Yours faithfully,
Danira Travica
