Equinor/Statoil correspondence
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. All correspondence, including emails, sent and received since 01/05/2017, between the Commissioner for Climate Action Miguel Arias Cañete, his cabinet, his officials, any other representatives of DG Climate, and representatives from Equinor (previously known as Statoil).
2. All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings between Equinor and:
a. Member of Cabinet Silvia Bartolini on 07/03/2018
b. Member of Cabinet Joachim Balke on 25/01/2018
Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. I would prefer that the Commission’s search and deliberations concerning particular documents not delay the production of documents the Commissions has already retrieved and decided to produce.
Yours faithfully,
Edward Collins
