Dear European Council,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Estimation of the number of deaths that could have been avoided had the EU countries all followed the European Medicines Agency advice of using Astra Zeneca when it was deemed safe to use for COVID vaccine for all ages groups 18 years and over when initially released.
