- the procedures - ways of working of the EU-ASEAN working group on sustainability issues related to palm oil
- the list of participants of this working group
- the frequency of meetings of this working group
- the minutes of meetings of this working group
- the expected objectives of this working group, together with its associated timeline

Since the political agreement to establish a joint working group between the EU and relevant ASEAN Member States (see link) was made on 21 January, i.e. the day before yesterday, the group has not yet been formed. Consequently, it has not yet any members, procedures, timeline, established frequency or minutes (since no meetings have been held).
For these reasons we are not yet in a position to process your request for documents relating to it.
