EU commission's car fleet expenditure and carbon footprint

Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001 and the Aarhus Directive 2003/4/EC, I am requesting documents, e-mails, letters, memos (including all attachments), reports, evaluations, briefings and analysis of any kind which contain the following information:

1. How many cars (cars that are used by EU Commission staff) does the EU Commission own/run? What is the breakdown in terms of brands and in terms of Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid and full EV?
2. How much did the Commission spend on petrol and diesel for its car fleet each year in the last 10 years?
3. How many greenhouse gas emissions are attributable to the mobility of Commission staff in the institution carbon footprint of 2019? and in the last 10 years?
