Dear SERBAN Luminita (ECHO),
Thank you for your response. In your letter, you refer to an email of 4 August, which I am afraid I haven't received, nor does it appear among the correspondence on this platform. It might have gone to my spam folder, my apologies if that is the case.
To respond to your question, we are looking into how the European Union development funding benefits persons with disabilities, especially in relation to the process of deinstitutionalisation ( also referred to as 'transition from institutional to community-based care'). Therefore, we would appreciate to receive information of any calls/funding opportunities, or related documents, under the management of DG ECHO, which have been designated to benefit persons with disabilities.
I hope it is still possible to receive a response, and please let me know if you need any additional clarification.
Yours sincerely,
Ines Bulic Cojocariu
