of the Commission in which you make a request for access to documents,
registered on 29/12/2018 under the above mentioned reference number and
attributed to different Directorates-General (DGs) of the Commission,
including DG NEAR.

Based on the description provided in your application, DG NEAR proceeded
with the consultation of the EU Delegations.

With regard to contracts awarded under direct management mode, we have
identified one grant contract signed in 2017 for the implementation of the
action "Sauvez notre enfance, Sauvez notre avenir" in Morocco, with the
NGO Amici dei Bambini as one of the co-beneficiaries.

With regard to contracts awarded under indirect management mode, please
note that we are still waiting for confirmation from the EU Delegations
whether there any documents in possession of the Commission which fall
under the description provided in your application.

You refer in your request to: "all EU funding…including contracts,
correspondence and financials". In accordance with Article 6(2) of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, we
invite you to provide us with more detailed information on the documents
which you seek to obtain, such as types of documents, e.g. annexes of the
contract which provide financial information, what kind of correspondence.

If you need assistance in clarifying or specifying your application, you
can contact us by email to: [1][email address]

Thank you in advance for your understanding.
