Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(1) The specific "additional, direct, technical assistance" the EU members states have agreed upon to offer to Kiev in response to the cyber attacks against the Ukraine (See the Declaration by the High Representative on January 14: https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/press...)

(2) Information on the response from the EU member states that are part of the Cyber Rapid Response Teams (CRRTs) under the the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PECSO) to the High Representative's request for the CRRTs to be activate and deployed to the Ukraine (See remarks by the High Representative on January 13: https://eeas.europa.eu/headquarters/head...)
