Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

- All documentation (including but not limited to: general communications of any nature, written material of any kind, email correspondences, transcriptions of meetings, readouts of meetings, summaries of meetings, briefings for meetings, etc) concerning the EU-US Trade and Technology Council (TTC), produced after September 12, 2021.

As it is identical to request GESTDEM 2021/5742, we will not register this
request.

 

We note that you also addressed this request to Commission services DG
TRADE and DG INTPA, as well as to the EEAS.

 

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
registered under reference GESTDEM 2021/5742 will be handled within 15
working days.

 

The time limit will expire on 15 October 2021. In case this time limit
needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

 

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
has no link with any institution of the European Union.

correspondence. In that case, the Commission will send all future
