European Consumer Centre Ireland
Dear Justice and Consumers,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I would like to submit a freedom of information request in relation to all internal and external communications and materials pertaining to the following:
- the organisation known as "European Consumer Centre Ireland" also known as European Consumer Centre (Dublin) Limited, European Consumer Centre (Ireland) Limited , European Consumer Centre (Ireland), also referred to as : 'ECCI', 'ECC Ireland', 'ECC'. Also appears as 'European Consumers Network Ireland' and 'ECC-Net Ireland'.
I would like copies of:
- all e-mail and postal communications containing the names and phrases above between all European Commission and its agencies' staff / contractor e-mail addresses and external addresses.
- all internal and external reports and memos containing either of the organisation names above, or a combination of more than one, produced, received and circulated by EISMEA staff/contractors
- all minutes of meetings and calls where any or more the names above have been mentioned or referred to by European Commission and its agencies' staff/contractors in their contacts with all other external parties
- copies of all communications and materials regarding the organisation names above (with the variations) between all departments within European Commission and its agencies where these have appeared
