In response to your request for clarification, for the purpose of this request (EASE 2023/1894), you can consider stakeholder to mean interest representative, as per the definition in the EU Transparency Register of “organisations that try to influence the law-making and policy implementation process of the EU institutions” – ie companies, trade associations, etc. To narrow the scope of this request, I can clarify that I am more interested in companies involved in raw materials (and the trade associations/ lobby groups that represent them) rather than in NGOs. In your letter dated 29/03/2023 asking for clarification re. my request 2023/1894, you noted that "In accordance with Article 2, third paragraph of the Implementing Rules to Regulation 1049/2001, the 15 working days time limit for handling your application will start running when we receive the requested clarifications."
As I sent you the requested clarifications on 03/04/2023, I understand this to mean that the deadline for your reply to my request is 27/04/2023 (accounting for public holidays) - I'd be grateful if you could confirm that this is correct?
