We're waiting for Lorena Vázquez to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

European jurisdiction or mechanisms to
1) bring charges against the military of a member state,
2) prevent the military of a member state to overthrow the elected government, and
3) protect the citizens from the threats of its own military.

Yours faithfully,
Lorena Vázquez
