European Media Freedom Act

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
a list of meetings CoR members and/or their assistants and advisers as well as the CIVEX Commission staff with organisations representing the rights and interests of publishers and media, in which the European Media Freedom Act was dealt with (between September 2021 and today);
minutes and other reports of these meetings;
all correspondence (including emails) between CoR members and/or their assistants and advisers as well as the CIVEX Commission staff with organisations representing the rights and interests of publishers and media, in which the European Media Freedom Act was dealt with (between September 2021 and today).

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
Regarding your request concerning the European Media Freedom Act
registered with reference number 2023/A/432, only one meeting was held to
prepare the opinion on the European Media Freedom Act corresponding to the
request for access to documents. It was publicly advertised and open to
participation by interested parties. It was posted on our website

For the meeting, the attached draft agenda was shared with participants,
and the representatives of relevant organizations present in the meeting
included:
• The European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
• European Magazine Media Association (EMMA).
• European newspaper publishers' Association (ENPA).
• European Publishers Council (EPC).
There were no minutes of the meeting.
