Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your e-mail of 19 July 2012, in which you requested access

It appears that your request is wrongly addressed. You have written to the
European Ombudsman, which is a body that handles complaints against the EU
institutions, bodies, organs and agencies. We do not possess the kind of
information you request.
In order to proceed with your search for the information, you may wish to
consult the website of the European schools:

Hi there,
I don't think the European Ombudsman can help you with this request. The European Schools are not EU institutions, so this would fall outside the Ombudsman's mandate.
You have to ask the information from the European School (http://www.eursc.eu/index.php?rub=news)
