Europol studies on global warming
Dear European Police Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
- all reports – including, but not limited to, research outcomes, briefings, papers, analysis, notes, position papers, background documents, and/or context setters – written, produced and/or commissioned by Europol on the topic(s) of climate change or global warming, and migration management or EU migration patterns.
Please note that my interest lies in any and all documents that approach or study the intersection between these two topics (global warming and migration); i.e.: not reports on climate change only, or on migration only.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any doubts or question in regards to this request.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Luisa Izuzquiza
Dear European Police Office,
Since I filed my initial request for access to EU documents on 17 July 2019, I have not received an acknowledgement of receipt or a response.
Please find my initial request here: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/euro...
The deadline for answering - let alone registering - my request is now long overdue. I therefore hereby call on Europol to promptly acknowledge and respond to my request in full compliace with Regulation 1049/2001.
Many thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Luisa Izuzquiza
