Dear AccessDocs,
Thank you very much for the reply and for the links.
However, I have to note that in those links there are only the letters from President Tajani to Facebook. I have requested for all documents relating to exchanges between the Office of the President of the European Parliament and Facebook.
That should cover as well replies from Facebook itself. And to clarify, I am looking for any documents relating to these exchanges, that could include correspondence, meeting or telephone calls, among others.
Yours sincerely,
Margarida da Silva
Dear Mrs da Silva,
In reply to your request, please find attached Facebook's answer to President's letter of 20 March 2018.
Please note that Facebook did not reply in writing to the letter of 18 April, but it was discussed on the phone.
No further registered records exist of contacts between the Office of the President and Facebook.
On this basis Parliament considers the request as handled and the file closed. Please do not hesitate to submit a new request in case you identify specific Parliament documents you would like to access.
Yours sincerely,
