Facebook lobbying GDPR

Justiz und Verbraucher Die angefragten Informationen waren nicht vorhanden.

Dear Madam, Sir,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting from DG JUST documents which contain the following information:

- All documents created between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2015, including e-mails, papers, non-papers, presentations and minutes, referring, summarising and/or citing comments of Facebook on the proposed reform on data protection which became the general data protection regulation.

I'm looking forward to receiving your reply.

All the best,
Peter Teffer

PS: I have noticed that the Commission sometimes send both a digital and a paper version by registered mail of your response. Please only send paper versions of your communication if you do not intend to send a digital copy. The physical mail always reaches me later than e-mail, so paper versions are environmentally wasteful and somewhat inefficient.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 17/04/2018. We hereby acknowledge receipt of your application for access to documents, which was registered on 19/04/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/2262.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days.
The time limit will expire on 16/05/2018. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

Dear Justice and Consumers,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Facebook lobbying GDPR'.

The time limit of 15 working days for responding to my access to documents request registered on 19/04/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/2262 has lapsed twice, even though DG JUST has not informed me of needing more time than the required 15 working days. In any case, now that 2 x 15 working days have passed, I would like the secretary general to look at my request.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/face...

All the best,
Peter Teffer
