(Follow-up) Infringement action concerning German Constitutional Court's PSPP judgment of 5 May 2020
Dear Legal Service,
On 1 February 2022, I received your response to my request, registered under reference No. GestDem 2021/7610, for two documents from the infringement case against Germany (INFR(2021)2114).
As a follow-up to this correspondence, on the basis of the second sentence of Article 11(1) and Article 42 of the Charter, and Article 2(1) of the Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
— any document sent by the Commission to Germany (and vice-versa) in case INFR(2021)2114, following Germany's response of 3 August 2021 to the letter of formal notice, in particular a document of 2 December 2021 informing that the case was closed;
— any opinion of the Legal Service provided in relation to the mentioned case.
I am also requesting that these documents be sent in their original language, and also in English if the Commission has a translation in that language.

Dear Mr Wachowiec,
We refer to your above-referenced request for access to documents under
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001, pages
43).
Your request is currently being handled. However, in view of the number
and nature of the requests for access to documents the Legal Service is
dealing with, and given the extraordinary situation due to the
Corona-pandemic, our services are presently working with limited
resources. In this context, we will not be in a position to complete the
processing of your request within the time limit of 15 working days, which
expires today, 24 February 2022.
For this reason, this time-limit will be extended by 15 working days, in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, to expire on
17 March 2022.
