Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting access to any recent communication between the European institutions regarding the proposed "common framework for the use of text and instant messages by staff of the European institutions and bodies", as set out in a Commission scoping note in 2023. To clarify, I am seeking to gain access to any follow-up communication between the institutions on this matter, such as letters, e-mails, or, indeed, text messages.
