Frontex operations in third countries
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All Frontex Serious Incident Reports about Cyprus, Albania and Serbia since 1st March 2020 until today
- All operational plans of Frontex team (from joint operations or rapid border interventions) in Cyprus, Albania and Serbia since the beginning of its activities in these countries
- The Fundamental Rights Officer’s observations of their field visit to Serbia in 2023
