Hors Classe Adviser

Generaldirektion Haushalt Die angefragten Informationen waren nicht vorhanden.

Dear Budget,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Is it allowed for Mr G. Kessler to get involved in OLAF investigations or participate in OLAF investigative missions, since the moment when he became DG BUGD Adviser Hors Classe?

Yours faithfully,
Barbara Pelo

Dear Budget,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Hors Classe Adviser'.
Is it allowed for Mr G. Kessler to get involved in OLAF investigations or participate in OLAF investigative missions, since the moment when he became DG BUGD Adviser Hors Classe? No reply was given to my request.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/hors...

It is justified to receive the answer for this question from DG BUDG. In order to verify spending of EU budget in transparent way, confirmation of this information is relevant in the context of another request to access for information, which is pending at EC and was refused by OLAF due to investigative secret, assuming participation of Mr Kessler - the Advisor of DG BUDG in investigative activities of OLAF and its missions, also after the end of his mandate as the OLAF Director General.

Barbara Pelo
