Europäischer Auswärtiger Dienst Die angefragten Informationen waren nicht vorhanden.

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- ِEvidence of any form of risk mitigation or human rights impact assessment that was conducted by any EEAS department or the office of the EU Special Representative for Human Rights during the drafting and/or writing of the (undated) EEAS non-paper on key migratory features in Egypt, titled 'Options on developing cooperation with Egyptian in migration matters';
- Any risk mitigation or human rights impact assessment of Egypt - specifically vis-a-vis migration policy and existing or future migration cooperation with the EU - in line with the EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy, that was conducted BEFORE the drafting and/or writing of the (undated) EEAS non-paper, 'Options on developing cooperation with Egyptian in migration matters.'

I look forward to your cooperation in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Rollins
