Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail of 1 July 2020 in which you make a request for

concrete documents, which would correspond to your request.

We therefore invite you, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation

Dear staff at the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments,

Thank you for your response and your request for clarification.

I confirm that action documents that are annexed to Commission Decisions on IcSP funding allocations, and that describe the actions implemented, correspond to the documents that I am requesting.

Regarding the time span, I would like to request action documents [Annexes to Commission Decisions] that describe IcSP-funded actions (including exceptional assistance measures) in G5 Sahel countries during the time span of the Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace, that is since 2014.

By actions in "G5 Sahel countries" I refer to actions in Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, Mauritania and Niger (before and after the establishment of the G5), as well as to actions in support of the G5 Sahel Joint Force or Permanent Secretariat.

I hope these clarifications enable you to identify the documents in question.

Yours faithfully,
