Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CNECT),

I have today received 2 requests for my personal information in addition to such an request already on Oct 8 th.
I have filled the electronic form on Oct 8th and also written an answer earlier today with the information, but i will repeat:
[postal address]
[postal address]
[postal address]
Citizen of [postal address] requesting the documents as a private citizen.
I hope you this is the information you are asking for.

Yours faithfully,

Jarl-Erik Solitander

Dear Mr Solitander,

Your request was submitted via the AsktheEU.org website on 8 October did not contain your postal address. Following our request to submit it, you introduced your request via the web form on 8 October that was registered and you received an acknowledgement with the reference number GestDem 2014/4546.

Submitting your request via the webform was sufficient and you did not need to reply with your postal address separately to our email, therefore we mistakenly registered your request again and sent an acknowledgement with a different reference number.

Since your request was already registered under 2014/4546 on 8 October, the erroneously double registration number 2014/4782 that was registered today on 16 October, has been closed.

Your request's reference is therefore GESTDEM 2014/4546 and as you were previously informed, the deadline for the response is 29 October.

Sincere apologies for the misunderstanding.

Best regards,

Bernadett BERCZELI
